AI Prohibited Content Policy

Guidelines for responsible AI video generation

  1. Home
  2. AI Prohibited Content Policy

This policy outlines what content is not permitted when using AI-powered image and video generation tools. Following these guidelines helps ensure responsible use of AI technology and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited and must not be created, uploaded, or distributed using AI video or image generation services:

1. Content involving minors

Any depiction of minors in sexual or suggestive contexts is illegal in most jurisdictions. AI must not be used to generate, modify, or share such content. This includes any representation of individuals who appear to be under 18 in prohibited contexts.

2. Non-consensual intimate imagery

Creating or sharing intimate or nude imagery of real individuals without their explicit consent is prohibited. This applies to real people only: using AI to undress or alter images of identifiable persons without consent may constitute a criminal offense (e.g. revenge porn, deepfake abuse laws).

3. Content that incites violence or illegal activity

AI-generated video or images must not depict or promote violence, terrorism, self-harm, or other illegal activities. Content that harasses, doxxes, or threatens identifiable individuals is not allowed.

4. Misleading or deceptive use

Using AI-generated content to mislead the public (e.g. fake news, fraud, impersonation) or to deceive others about the nature of the content is prohibited. Where appropriate, content should be labeled or disclosed as AI-generated.

5. Violation of platform and local laws

Users must comply with the terms of service of the platform they use (e.g. Telegram, web apps) and with all applicable local, national, and international laws. What is legal in one country may be illegal in another.

Responsible use

Enforcement

Platforms and service providers may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and report violations to law enforcement when prohibited content is detected or reported. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of AI tools complies with this policy and the law.
